The Hawarden Community Hospital Foundation raises funds to advance the hospital's mission beyond the ability of the hospital within its own financial resources.  The Foundation sponsors special events on behalf of the hospital to raise funds and create good will.   The funds raised by the Foundation also support developing area youth interested in a healthcare career through a healthcare scholarship program.
